Documents Required
Self-attested copies of any one of the following Officially Valid Documents (OVD) or equivalent e-document:
- Passport
- Driving licence
- Proof of possession of Aadhaar number
- Voter's Identity Card issued by the Election Commission of India
- Job card issued by NREGA duly signed by an officer of the State Government
- Letter issued by the National Population Register containing details of name and address
and
- The Permanent Account Number or equivalent e-document, or
- Form No. 60 as defined in Income-tax Rules, 1962
- Three recent photographs
TRUST AND FOUNDATION
- Copy of the trust deed.
- Copy of the registration certificate.
- Resolution by the trustees authorising the members concerned to open and operate the account.
- Officially valid documents identifying the authorised signatories and their addresses.
- PAN Card.
ACCOUNTS OF UNINCORPORATED ASSOCIATION OR BODY OF INDIVIDUALS
- Resolution of the managing body.
- PAN, GIR No. or completed Form 60.
- Society by-laws / Rules & Regulations / Articles of Association.
- Officially valid document for the person holding power of attorney.
REGISTERED SOCIETY
- Registration Certificate.
- PAN, GIR No. or completed Form 60.
- Copy of by-laws.
- Mandatory resolution to open the account.
UN-REGISTERED SOCIETY
- Mandatory resolution to open the account.
- Copy of by-laws.
