It also caters to the “Peer to Peer” collect request which can be scheduled and paid as per requirement and convenience.

- What is UPI?
A system that enables access to multiple bank accounts and services through a handheld device. You can make bank-to-bank payments instantly and collect money using Mobile Number, Account Number or Virtual Payment Address.
- What are the benefits?
Go cashless anywhere and any time, receive money, transfer funds, check balance and pay bills.
- Which applications support UPI?
UPI is available through GPay, PhonePe, WhatsApp and other UPI-enabled applications.
- Is registration mandatory?
Yes. Register on a UPI application and link your bank account before performing transactions.
- What is required?
An Android smartphone with internet, an operative bank account, registered mobile number, active debit card and transaction PIN.
- Are there additional transaction charges?
Currently there are no charges for transactions done through UPI.
- Which fund-transfer methods are available?
Virtual ID, Account Number with IFSC, or Mobile Number.
- How do I link the bank account?
Choose Add Bank Account, search RAMRAJYA and select Ramrajya Sahakari Bank Ltd.
- Why am I unable to connect?
The account may be inactive, the mobile number may not be registered, or an active debit card may not be linked.
- How is the UPI PIN set?
Use Set PIN after adding the account. Enter the OTP and the last six digits and expiry date of the linked debit card. Never share the PIN.
- Can I use more than one UPI application?
Yes. More than one UPI application can be used on the same phone.
- What if the transaction fails after debit?
The amount is normally refunded within a few minutes. For further issues, lodge a complaint with the bank.
- Must I register again after changing app, handset or SIM?
Yes. Complete mobile-number verification again; the virtual address remains the same.
- What if my phone is lost or used by another person?
Block the mobile number through the service provider. The application and transactions remain protected by the PIN, which must never be shared.
